Right, so a couple of lippy activists in the chat comments set the agenda for the ELT, while the other 90+ percent of us watch on silently, too terrified to say anything or express any divergent opinion. In fact, most of us avoid all risk by never turning up to these calls at all (like me the last 10 months).

Yes indeed that is what my LR did for me. I took all my 18 years of Cisco knowledge and took it elsewhere where I don't have to worry about getting LR'd every year.
