IHX made up half the net adds (NET meaning after chargebacks) of the entire company all channels combined. They account for over 80% of net ports in consumer for all of AT&T. Almost all their sales are ports which have low cancel rates. Their cancel rate is virtually nothing on a percentage basis. Hate all you want but IHX has been a gold mine for T.

If it was really high fraud and high chargebacks it wouldn’t be here still. The BODs track that just like they do P&L of each store location. There is a reason IHX is adding new directors and teams and growing overall headcount this year. The IHX customer base is solid with very low churn. Lower than Retail or AR.

IHX churn rate is lower than retail though. The numbers are black and white. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Everyone throws that claim out there but the stats don’t lie. Your VPGMs love IHX — they see those churn numbers.

IHX is management disguised as sales reps that who offer you the world...... and never come back. They never return your calls ; they send all their " problems " to customer care and retail stores. Here today, gone tomorrow. They produce excellent raw numbers with no real numbers on the chargebacks or the fraud they activate. Its the ostrich effect. Basically a car salesman on wheels.

In home experts. This channel continues to grow. Retail and prem techs are the ones getting cut unfortunately

At least here in San Diego IHX is booming and they continue to hire more and more. IHX haters sound like non selected interviews

Just like this site said IHX would shut down February 2019 and more recently March 1 of this year? This site always predicts the demise of IHX but it doesn’t happen.
