March 23rd. In this round managers from the opposite company are evaluating and ranking employees. This is to prevent the sheltering of favorites that occurred in January. Two Director positions will be combined to better align with capital project spending in 2021/22.

Norris Ramsey’s townhall stated it would be mid/late March. It’ll therefore be on Tuesday March 16, 23 or 30.
I suspect it’ll probably affect about 800 employees and contractors.

The March Layoffs are happening on Tuesday, February 23rd.
They want to do it before the bonus payout
on Feb 26 to save a few bucks. Makes sense...times are tough!

They will never let you know, they want to torture any remaining employees with uncertainty. They also want to see how much backstabbing there will be as everyone thinks they can "Compete" their way to a continuing job.
