I’ve heard some industries are returning to office as early as June 2021. After the odd ENACT messages from our market leaders reminding us that it is as important as ever to remain diligent in not spreading the virus, now I’m wondering if the planning for our return to office has begun.

Apparently the word on the street is a return to the office in September.
i was told that anyone who gives out specific dates of return to work does not know what they're talking about because specific dates have not been planned on. Stop spreading rumors.
Also received enact message here in Southern California, which makes me think they’re gearing up to call us back to the office. I think it’s ridiculous to be called back in when there are the new variants to worry about, and the fact that even vaccinated we have to be masked up for the entire work day. I sincerely hope that they wait until we’ve reached herd immunity with daily cases under 10k. I’ve always respected Moynihan’s opinions and his vision for the company, but him saying that we aren’t a WFM company is an antiquated idea and on the wrong side of the issue. I for one have been extremely busy and productive, so has my entire team. It doesn’t really make me feel valued as an employee when it’s very clear that most of us prefer some sort of wfh flexibility, and are voices are being ignored.
I work in St. Louis have been working from home since last March. We have several associates quit or retire, the bank is filling the positions, but not in St. Louis they went to Georgia and North Carolina. They tell us not to worry but you know how it goes.
I hope to never go back, my office is a dump and smells like mold. Working from home has been a dream come true.
In California two ENACT messages were sent out Tuesday. Same script, one from market leader and one from local HR rep. Was not an emergency message, more of a covid awareness reminder message (wear your mask, social distance, etc). No previous ENACT messages have been sent in that region for Covid.
ENACT messages about Covid? I have been WFH since March and never received an ENACT message about Covid or anything else.
