The only group that consistently takes PTO on the road. Odd

Agreed, some of the most shady people I’ve had to work with

That’s because the old etg crowd does everything at work, but work. They must be dying without weekly travel

As a recruiter, I just wanted to tell Fiserv to keep on doing whatever it is they are doing. I say this because Fiserv is bleeding talent at record rates and I am getting nice kickbacks for poaching. Your CEO has done a great job of helping pad my pockets!

The poachees have told me about some of the crazy outages that have happened. I don't know how Fiserv is even in business still. Hopefully it sputters along a bit longer though so I can collect more bottom line.

I am also a former OFS employee that left several months ago for a better opportunity. I couldn't agree more with the prior post.

I'm a former OFS person (only gone for 2 weeks) and after 2 years into the merger here is what I've come to find as true:

  1. ) There are really smart people on both sides (OFS and OFD).
  2. ) OFS seems to be better at planning and project management than OFD.
  3. ) OFD seems to "fly by the seat of their pants" more and seems to embrace a "Sweat Shop" mentality - Work til you drop. OFD attacks problems/issues with a "Throw things at the wall and see if they stick" mentality.
  4. ) Lots of really good OFS people leaving (most with 20+ years experience) that will cause more headaches for OFD staff (as if they need more).

The least productive employees I've seen have been hired after the merger. Do we call them NFS or NFD?

Won't cut me, I've already left that God forsaken place fortunately

If we can clear more of this OFS deadwood we’ll have a shot. But this is the laziest no talent group I’ve ever seen

If I remember right, Card Services got hit about 2 years ago when FData first noticed that Fiserv actually had employees.

There has been a rumbling that Card Services and Digital Channels might get a shakeup.
