Can someone please tell me if they have seen or heard from our SHE GM? There are two people here in Midland that are trying to play the Alpha role and it is not going well.
PLEASE PLEASE get your transfer complete and get settled here in Midland. We have no leadership and everyone is starting to get angry with each other as we have no clear leadership.
We no longer have SHE support at the field meetings. We are truly falling apart.
She is likely earmarked for another quick promotion so not much point in moving. Next GM can move and live out there 4-5 years.

HSE, so now Safety comes before Environmental? Well, who really cares. Just spill a lot of something in the environment and you’ll find out who really does care. Maybe Chevron should have kept it HES.
I love how Chevron Public Affairs and HR use the terms like troll and I thought this was a layoffs site to somehow in their mind think that will discredit the comments. The truth is the truth and it hurts. Black people are not treated well in HSE, MCBU doesn't force diverse candidates to move to Midland when the job says it has to be there and DP is a hyp•o•crite hĭp′ə-krĭt.

With work from home and only a couple rigs running, she is probably fine at home. DP can’t complain as he is surely at his vacation home like all the execs. They are scattered across Colorado, Hawaii, San Juan Islands, Maine, and Florida these days.
