If an employee is out with covid 19 do they need a negative result to come back too work. We have people with civid in our club because they've already been out for 17 days. What do we do?

You can still test positive like 90 days or so after. You still carry the antibodies however you are not contagious. Like any contagion, there is a window of time when you are able to spread. After that you still have it but don't spread it. Just read. However, if you still have symptoms, you don't come back. Just like the screening questions ask... Have you had these symptoms in the last 10 days.. if you are answering yes...you shouldn't be at work and need to go through sedgwick. Also communicate with your AM so they know what is going on or they will likely reach out.
I wasn't required to show a clear test result.
In my club we need either a negative test or doctor's note. Doctor on Demand will provide a note free of charge. Sedgwick claims it is up to the individual club manager, they are accepting no responsibility. 10 percent of our workers have had covid since last month because they are encouraging you to come back, even with symptoms.
Must be individualized according to what state you live in. I'm in Ohio and didn't need a negative test to go back to work.
I was out 21 days and could not return without a negative test. Sedgwick would not end my leave until I uploaded them a negative test. The representative I talked too when I initiated my leave told me then that I would have to have a negative test to return.
I didn't need one either. What you need to do is on the wire in your Sedgwick claims section.
No you do not need a negative test result to come back. When I was out I was told I could come back after 10 days if I had no more symptoms but my symptoms lasted longer and I was out for almost a month but CDC says you are no longer contagious after 10 days if you are showing signs of improvement
