I am very thankful to IBM! I got RA this past June, 2020. In September I found a job with an amazing and stable company. I got 30% increase salary and commission is great! Thank you so much IBM!

Getting paid each month to do absolutely nothing.
A lot of the "easy" people must be the leadership team responding.
Same here... I do nothing at IBM, and I get paid decently... not great, but decently enough to stay until they get rid of me.
Whats making me not leave IBM?
Simple, I have not yet found a new job, but you can bet your @$$ my resumes are out there.
I stay because it is easy - I get paid about 60% of what I could be making elsewhere, but I only have to use 30% of my time and brain to be a relatively outstanding performer. So I get to use the other 70% for my own needs. I will leave when I am ready. If I am part of a layoff, I have other offers already, with better pay, but also higher expectations. Basically IBM is a vacation from real work.

Personal / Family situation plus moved states. Once COVID dies down in 2022 I am leetcoding outta here.
My team is great though on 30 hours a week.
