That is how this company rolls.
There's never any notice to massive changes. They send you an email or a text that there's a region call, usually day of, that's your notice.
I remember when we bought Cadbury. The Cadbury rep sent me a text telling me they had a conference call at noon. He said I think I'm losing my job. That's what happened. He got notified of a conference call at noon, and then he was notified he was terminated, after 30 years.
We had a conference call some years back , they took away a weeks vacation, 2 personal days, our yearly bonus, downgraded us from a Ford Fusion to a Focus, and deducted from the quarter bonus too I think. Then, in the same breath told us all they'd posted the biggest profits in the history of the company.
They do not care about us.
You might think you're in good with them now, and you might be, until one day you aren't.
You'll get older, you'll fall from their graces, and they'll discard you, just like the rest.

This is so true! Mondelez has always used this unjust tactic, I just don’t understand for what reason? To prove that we are just a number to them?
