The participants here that write about USB being a lovely and caring company where they hope to spend the rest of their careers need to wake-up some and look around. USB was once that company but is no longer. The very poor management has left USB in the technology dumpster. They are an old company, led by old management who care only about their position and their compensation. When you think to yourself, what will Retail banking look like in 5, 10, or 15 years, do you really see USB being a part of this revolution? Really? This management? Looks more like Sears, Kmart, or Blockbuster. Dying a very slow death. Each year announcing more and more closures until they go away, unnoticed.
