Just look at the very top. Stankey is an absolute disaster but Stephenson was no better. The worst acquisitions in the history of the company happened under his watch. So that's 15 years of completely garbage leadership. I can't say much about those who came before since I wasn't here at the time, but the fact remains that we desperately need some changes on top.

How long has it been since we had competent workers? Bunch of underperforming whiners.
Ralph de la Vega was the last employee and customer centric leader we had. When he spoke or wrote , people listened and trusted him. That simply doesn't exist here anymore. No credible , experienced professional executive would touch this CEO job with a ten foot pole now. This company is the laughing stock of the industry not to mention what our customers think about us.

In the company's current form, never. What's his name from sbc that started all this didn't really have a plan other than putting the deathstar back together. Randall didn't know what to do next, and Stankey...lol.
Nobody capable is going to want to step in and have to deal with the joke of a board we have, or deal with all the trash yes men Randy and Stank left behind.
Ultimately, I guess the company gets busted up in 10 years maybe? Gonna flush a lot of other people's money down the toilet before it's all over.
