ibm has had so many lawsuits. As a current IBM PE, I can tell you the majority of blame is with the IBM GTS executives who only care about the profit of the delivery. Telling us to use lower Band delivery people to lower costs and do just enough to keep the lights on.

Lloyds outsource is going down the hole too.....

Dozens of examples out there.... check out C-apgemini, Infocyst, W4ankpro, C-apita, Fudge-itsu, HPoo, Twata, Telefookitup etc. When accountants dominate your company and reducing cost is your prime driver, expect the worst.
