Kinda takes away any trust or confidence you have in your state regulators to have any knowledge of the businesses they are regulating, doesn’t it?

Well every body knows the new fiber install money comes from a different pot than the copper repair pot. Granted we’ve been patching for 30 years now and losing customers in droves because of it but that’s beside the point!
