I see everybody mentioning Costco as the best alternative to Sam's Club - and I agree. However, not every Costco is hiring. Actually, from what I've noticed, there are significantly fewer job postings for them than for Sam's Club at any point.
So what should those of us who want to leave but don't have an option of joining Costco do? I can tell you right away that Walmart is not an option...
