Someone was absolutely right when they said that this company does not listen to anyone’s advice or opinions. That’s so true!
My colleague and a great expert ended up leaving mostly because of this, because his every attempt to give constructive and good advice was ignored. This company is sinking, but it looks as if it has made a deliberate decision to sink.

Company is run by id–ts. Look at ex VP of Mfg who got promoted by losing all year and Director of completions who is losing all the good people he has left. Going to shut down more plants with West Gulf Bank next , followed by Scott plant.

It doesnt matter what is said. Wft is failed. No use mouthing it to death
