Are there still loyal ones here?

This company and its management have proven time and time again that they don’t care about any employees and we are all expendable to them.
That’s why anyone who has any loyalty to Cenovus is just a dolt. Go to work and get paid and then go home to your family and live a real life. It’s just a job and if you treat it like that you will stay sane.

One would think that everyone understood this, but no, there are still those who believe that Cenovus is a great company and that their work is appreciated here. Great post, @1jhh+19Y4WjQd.

CNRL layoffs = 0 rounds
Cenovus layoffs = 10 rounds and counting

Not all companies are created equal. You tell me which is run by the better management team.

CVE is the definition of a unsafe, depleting environment. Field Operations have went down to three bodies total for nightshifts.

Get out while you are still able. The mass exodus isn't far away.

Many in operations that survived in Conventional are now presently looking for new jobs!! I know of at least 3 operators looking from Legacy Husky in Edson alone!!

Cenovus and Alex have managed to to that rare thing where absolutely no one is happy with this merger and how this turned out. I mean obviously aside from the management sharing in the $30M retention bonuses.

Husky VPs and managers are all dictators who want zero input from staff.

People on my team are actively looking for other jobs. This blows. If I can leave I am out.
