200 are told to apply for tgeir jobs in DV
Less than 20% is applying for the move. One product line has less than 5 applied. Death spiral with no product support and major brain drain

Is Redmond shutting down?
I had no plan to move and started my job search as an electrical engineer several days after the early Feb. Redmond announcement. Metro Seattle has a dynamic job market and I received three interviews within two weeks of applying with two of them resulting with job offers. My new job starts mid April
Don't wait until 50-100+ people that have your skill sets flood the local job market to begin a search.
