Horrible people and horrible behavior. They don’t do extra work and demand for promotions and more salary. Many are waiting for Cisco layoff package.

If you don't like the people, why don't you get out of that "toxic place' you are stuck in, and get a job as a youtube influencer, or something that you like ( with the 'young' ).
