Demo People Sitting Around Doing Nothing All Day

And getting paid for it. They do absolutely nothing other than sit around staring at their phones and talking to each other in their little room. Can they not be asked to do things around the club? Can they spot for forklifts? Pick up trash outside in the parking lot? Zone the club? Anything to justify getting paid?

The only pathetic thing we see is a full grown adult spending your free time fuming anger about people who literally have zero impact on your life.

It's not your job to worry about what anybody on this planet does to earn their pay. You don't get paid to mind other people's business. I could easily say the same thing about you, that YOU need to get off YOUR behind and be better at YOUR job instead of complaining about demos... but I'd be minding YOUR business wouldn't I?

@1rvx+1a2STmvz. Hey if you want to condone and defend such blatant slothful and apathetic behavior then have at it. Speaks volumes about yourself. The fact that these folks can’t motivate themselves to do ANYTHING at all to help benefit the clubs and to actually earn their paychecks is beyond pathetic.

Do you think any one of them applied for their jobs to prove to YOU what their work ethic, morals, and character is like?

No. Nobody asked for your personal seal of approval and no one is taking money out of your paycheck so go mind your own business and stop being a nosey miserable POS. Maybe if you did, you'd be too busy making your own club more profitable than sitting on this site complaining about 3rd party people who aren't bothering you whatsoever.

Wow. The butt-hurtedness is strong in here. Who cares who is paying them? They should have some semblance of a work ethic and have some initiative rather than being lazy pieces of sh*t. What does that say about their morals and character to just take advantage of the situation and do absolutely nothing to help the club in which they are provided a means of employment? They must be proud of themselves.

I was wondering why demo associates are allowed to wear tights and midriff showing tops. Not to mention bending over so far their breasts almost fall out of their shirt. Lol

They aren't paid by Sam's Club. So... That's their bosses problem to be honest. If you ever see their boss. However, on the occasions I do see the demo crew, since I mostly work evenings.. they are usually zoning, in clothing, helping with gobacks all over the store. Ours are pretty helpful throughout from what I see. We even used to use 1 for the front door to help count and check for cards while the support associate wiped carts and did return stickers. Since we are always short handed. Never have more than 1 support at a time, it was nice to have her there to cover the supports break. But it's been a few months since that. Not sure what she does now.

Don't know about your club, but here the demo people aren't Sam's Club employees.

The Managers and TL should be giving them tasks if they are seriously just sitting around. Ours are also zoning, wiping carts, helping in bakery. As long as ours are moving and helping I don't bother them.

They don’t do anything at all in my club either. For a year now. Just come in and sit there 99% of the day. They walk around the other 1% and pick up “strays” and dump the shopping cart in Receiving.
