Do you work much more than you are paid?

You were paid for every second you were on the clock.

What nonsense. I can’t believe someone wrote this here. Does anyone else think that people here are paid exactly as much as they deserve? I feel heavily underpaid, given that I do work for 2 or 3 people, and I am not paid for it at all. I’m not even going to mention the mental abuse that most of us face, and that has no price.

Like it it not, you are paid EXACTLY what you are worth. If you are stupid enough to “do the work of three people” for the pay of one person, that is YOUR prerogative.

I find it truly sad if anyone feels they ARENT under paid. You're deluded and need to put down the Kool aid cup my friend. It is common knowledge you ARE underpaid and if random people who don't work for the company are outraged by it, you should at least acknowledge it. Lol

I mean everyone is gonna say they are underpaid. This generation is just pure lazy. Don’t get me wrong, we have some young kids here that work their butts off but 8 out of 10 new hires are just pure lazy. Just wanna be on the phones all the time. With managers and team leads doing resets and audits, there’s literally no supervision on the floor. So these kids will literally disappear for an hour or 2 without anyone even knowing. The structure on how they operate and manage is broken and it’s been broke. For several years. And it doesn’t help that they are putting unqualified managers and team leads in these position too.
