Anyone know if there is a clause in the severance agreement in regards to recruiting former colleagues?

Not sure, but please hire me. I need out of this H*ll hole!
Mine was I couldn’t bad mouth the company or hire anyone from the company for 12 months but was free to work for any competitor I wanted to. Read the fine print before you sign and keep a copy
Not in mine. In fact the opposite. Moneymonkey waves all non competition rights as long as I don't take and use their IP.
And considering they fired intelligence, they only have empty property anyway.
So go and hire, make someone happy ..... Save him or her.
I refused my severance package because it prevented me from practicing my craft and required me to surrender all my rights. Since leaving I have been fair but not kind in telling the truth about Honeywell and it's practices. Best advice to anyone stay clear of this company. It is a grave yard for talented people and teaches young people the wrong principles that will hurt them in later employment.
Don't forget any patents or inventions. I think they say they own all future work for 5 years. Just insane. The hooks they use.
Not enforceable. I read what they wrote in that BS and it’s insane. I just laughed at all that crazy no rights sh–.
Yes there is a clause. You can not even provide a review. Hard to enforce though.
Not enforceable.
So hire me :)
Not enforceable even if it existed unless the employee has very special and unique skills identified in some way prior.
Probably a clause in there that says no deflamatory public comments as well...
ie.. no posting here
