Anybody else here been putting comments in the pulse surveys, only to have the company just keep doing whatever they feel like doing? NOTHING has changed.

I know because I was once looking for the same thing. And when he found me, he told me I wasn't really looking for him. I was looking for an answer. It's the question that drives us. It's the question that brought you here.
Those surveys must be bogus. All they ever claim is how great they are, no matter how many bad surveys they get.
The 'leaders' here seek retribution from negative pulse not to actively change anything. They only care about doing as little as possible while keeping their jobs. Nothing more. Most were never any good. Those that once were have been neutered by the company politburo.
I will no longer be doing pulse surveys as the last one, certain comments were held against our garage. It's a trap. Don't do the pulse surveys, just do your job!!
Wonder if/when the next one is?
