Cenovus management has betrayed all and any trust employees used to have with them. Alex is on the way out as Jon gives him a few subtle shoves to start anyways. Jon brought over enough Husky management that they can slowly remove any and all resistant Cenovus management and basically do a reverse takeover. No one on the Cenovus side will say a thing as they are all afraid to even make a peep. Those brave souls will sit on their hands and look at the floor while contemplating their sad futures.
So fear runs the day at Cenovus at least for those working for Husky VPs and SVPs. Sit down shut up and do what you’re told. No more Cenovus ways for you. Safety has been gutted entirely of any Cenovus content and any Cenovus employee makes a noise they’re let go or shut down.
Well that’s my thoughts on that. You can all look forward to a long and great career of silence and intimidation. It was fun while it lasted.
