I heard leads are going up to $21 in Greensburg Pa. Can anyone confirm and are there any other positions receiving a pay increase?

I haven't heard anything about team lead raises in tires, but I wish they would. We finally got a team lead that is there for the associates and backs us when we need him to. He deserves alot more than the last pick we had working over us.
My manager told me today that the reason there’s a hiring freeze right now is because of a pay restructure. Forklift position going up and team leads going up... but she didn’t say it was confirmed. Just that it was being discussed.
No increases. They got 2% recently with everyone else and that’s it.
Yea, sadly, I have heard nothing about any team lead raises anywhere. Despite associates getting $15 hr and the pay gap becoming almost nonexistent. I know a lot of you say your team leads are worthless but that isn't the case everywhere. Some work extremely hard and have a lot of pressure.
False we just got 2%
