New manager is all about buzzwords - we have to be more agile, we have to think outside of the box, make sure there's synergy blah blah blah... but when we ask him something work related, something he should have to know considering his position he quickly changes the subject and moves on. This tells you enough about who they're promoting these days. This is our sad reality.

Put a tiger in your tank.
You need to learn how to make work fun. Google a buzz word bingo card, and use it for your next Zoom/Teams pre-meeting meeting. And you too can have fun. You need to align your objectives in an agile manner to ensure synergy with the new paradigm shift. Just make sure you have mute on when you jump up and scream BINGO.
