Is there anyone else besides me who is not going to fill out the "I've been fully vaccinated Covid form." The link was in the Covid update e-mail I got today.

I’m not getting the vaccine. Companies can’t make us get it at this point.
And I am not waivering my HIPPA rights, so no I am not providing that info absolutely not.

i'm getting my 2nd dose today, but i'm not going to tell them on that new form they created. I'm already using the special PTO for Vaccine. They can pull up a report and use that info if they really want to know who got the vaccine!
So as soon as you do, you will be put in the office. It’s a HIPAA violation unless you sign their waiver.
