Our club needs to hire so many full and part time people, I don't even see an end to this. A good 20 just for front end area alone (including carts). Add to that, every other dept. It's brutal. We will be struggling a while. We also have more people transferring out. Managers and team leads leaving too on top of what already left. This year has been brutal and the company hasn't done anything to make it easier. An occasional 300 extra which ended long ago and bumping some employees up but not others, work loads doubling. Yea, no one wants to stay there.
Yeah this weekend was probably the worst weekend. 3 floor associates each day. Wtf. I feel so bad for the part timers.
Yep I told you that 15 per hour wage wouldn't set well with the major stockholders. It was only done to keep the lefties quiet for a little while. You didn't think they did this out of the kindness of their hearts?
Yep. Part timers are only allowed 20 hours a week now so managers are asking full timers to work a extra day at my club (48 hours). 🤦🏼♂️
