Biased treatment to SOME employees

Has anyone else experienced biased treatment, or is it just me?

The merchandiser does absolutely nothing, then my boss/DM rides my a– to pick up all the slack from these lazy employees.

How can I do my job, then pick up the slack of 3-5 other employees on this huge, monster route?

This is such a biased company to SOME employees.

I 1000% believe this company is trying to work me into the ground so I will quit.

I actually do not care what anyone else thinks. It's true!!!

I'm 1000% convinced they want me to quit WITHOUT a severance, and they are trying hard to make it happen.

Nastiest, worst company ever.

This is EXACTLY why you have been sued over and over again Mondelez, and lost!!!

1000% on the merchandiser doing nothing and getting away with it, all you can do is document it yourself and copy your RMS/DM on everything even if they tell you to stop

If you ever get in trouble request an HR rep to be present and have all your documented stuff, some will say this is pointless but to a wrongful termination lawyer easily could be as much as a years pay or more in a lawsuit

I'm a sales rep. My stores do not complain about me, and I get away with nothing.

I do what I'm supposed to do, and I do it well.

If I did decide to try and get away with something, my DM would be on my a– like white on rice.

I'm not favored, and he savors the opportunity to rip me a new one any chance he gets.

I do agree all they care about are numbers.

The main answer to all of this is no one and I mean no one is held accountable for anything!! Just because you mentioned it does not mean accountability !! Sales reps get away with product everywhere and stores complaining ! Merchandiser get away with leaving pallets of product and not rotating .. everybody higher up only cares about budgets. And bonuses

If I knew what to do about it, I would have already done it.

It's very hard to take on a huge company, with shady tactics, and unlimited dollars they use to discredit the people that do fight back.

That is a very nice way of really meaning...mondelez management discriminates! No need to delete this post, they had a jury agree! Rumors are they have settled a large number of cases! Good for those that hold this company accountable. The "good ole boy" days should be long gone!

I rather enjoy putting Mondelez on blast for the horrendous treatment of many employees, past and present.

I will continue to do so even when I don't work here to warn others.

I hear that. I've been and continue to send out resumes like they're going out of style. Mondelez doesn't want to advance me up the ladder as a reward for the fruits of my years of labor so I will eventually find an employer who will. Forward ever forward.
