Heck of a job IBM board heck of a job! Until AK cleans house of the Ginni installed management team, do not expect any different results. There's no such thing as a quantum computer (defined as having one or more fully error-corrected LOGICAL qubits) yet. These are just toy science experiments.
This is IBM trying to make lemonade out of lemons. Cleveland was going to sue IBM just like MD Anderson did for the botched Watson Health (we can diagnose cancer better than humans). Instead IBM offered up this bribe to placate the wolves at the door
An on premise private cloud quantum computing system that has nothing to do with Ginni is evidence of a failed moonshot?
