Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

There should be a little more interaction?

Is it normal for a person to see their DM once or not at all in their long career? Someone mentioned it in the digression on one of the previous threads and now I’m really interested in your experiences.

I’ve only seen him once, and it’s also not clear to me why there’s no more interaction. In general, I think there should be more interaction and communication between those in higher positions and us ordinary employees.

But in all seriousness if thats true you should stop wasting time posting here and reach out to an attorney cause that's fu---d up. Just the threat should cause them to settle.

Google se-ual harassment lawyers and ask about "pain and suffering" (obvious from how distressed your posts are) for the touch and "Compensatory and Punitive Damages" and "harm to your reputation" from mdlz.

Be advised that you probably will have to move on from the job as the workplace will be hostile after you leave but at least you'll get a nice big fat check! Unfortunately it maxes out at $300k

Good Luck!

Sure doesn't sound like you are an "A" rep.

Well guess what, I'm an "A" rep, and I never see or hear from my DM, because even though I'm one of the best he has, he doesn't like me, not do I like him. He's a prick!

He treats the so called "B" and "C" reps way better than he treats me.

I'm positive him and some other managers want me to quit, therefore they absolutely pull support, and do make my life miserable.

Why you ask? Because of the s-xual harassment that has gone on here at this company, and nothing was done about it.

Go ahead and keep trying to make my life miserable Mondelez. I'll quit when I'm ready, and if you b–ches try to force me out before I'm ready, then I'll play my trump card, and expose WHO s-xually harassed me.

And I have proof...

DM here. I'm out the door so I'll share some things we do in the ivory tower. Much like we have abc stores, we rank our reps and merchandisers the same way.

I love working with my "A" reps, my "B" reps are ok and "C" reps just have to go. They suck! They are lazy and complain about everything! I feel like a babysitter with these people with the emotional intelligence of a potato.

Usually they tell us to coach these folks out, examples make life difficult, ignore phone calls, pull support, etc. It sucks we can't just fire them cause that would be so much easier! Some of them dont get the hint that they suck and its time to go!! Thanks to lawsuits we have to use other methods.

Most companies have the DM rotate time in the field with their employees, just not Mondelez. I have had retailers call my DM and been ignored, for weeks on end. I never had a scheduled day to work with the DM. I have had to call other reps (one of the good old boys) to call the DM to ask my questions, cause there have been times he would not answer or return my calls. Never have I seen anyone in that role, behave that way? Not sure what their role is? Not there to support his team, that’s for sure!
