If he produces profits then why in the world would he need to remove retiree healthcare and cut employee pensions. His words and actions don't make any sense logically. Unfortunately it seems he may be in his position until retirement, then work as a consultant for even more money, same old story.

With the weak Board of Directors he will remain until he turns 65!
sob+1a8bJFCv, did you post that comment in Quantum
a lot of debt the company can do nothing about besides firing people to keep the dividend, i hope he is here a long time since he recognizes how to salvage my poor investments.
Good paying jobs, good benefits, dividends for investors and profits. I hope he is around for a long time. That's for sure.
Nobody competent wants to inherit the crushing debt and muddled business plan, that's why he got the job to begin with.
Plus, the board would have to be competent enough to see that he's floundering, and they're not.
He'll be around for a while.
Stankey is paying workers and rewarding investors. Good job.
Stankey cares for his workers. That is why they are paid well and good benefits. Instead of paying for retirees, the money is better put back into real workers and the company. And yes, he does produce profits. Just ask workers that gets a paycheck or investor that collects their dividend.
Why do you assume he cares about employees?
