I exercised a strong will and sat though it. So what is culled from AK? Well - he wants to import and train (cheaper?) foreign nationals (from India? Well, how innovative!) .
And for the rest he is just winging it to react - some way- to whatever comes IBM's way. (as in "winging it"). He projects total cluelessness.
Bottom line - you IBM hangers on are in deep doo-doo with this Rometty clone.
Perhaps some reasoned mass reaction may happen at IBM soon - employees quitting en masse. You could call it QaaS - Quitting as a Service. (to yourselves)
Good luck to the remaining stragglers with this CEO.

AK is a lightweight who is in WAY over his head, but I think w all knew that before he even took the job. But hey, keep enabling these people by giving them $20K/day consulting fees while offering no CoL raises or bonuses to the folks who actually fix the problems.
