@1ncx, I agree with your assessment.
I hate to say it but this is going to be the reality at Nike. Every quarter expect a certain percentage of workers to get laid off because they fell below the line. It's literally the Hunger Games with rank and file workers as the players.
@hxx, that is what is so frustrating....no one knows because everything is so secretive and is based on one thing: there is no plan!
I thought the next big round was supposed to be May/June.
Is that timeline changed? Or are the layoffs just being strung across multiple months until August?
Summer can't come quick enough. Try to enjoy the several months of respite while sr leadership goes MIA.
More last week?!?! I wasn’t aware either. Honestly, this has huge impact to morale, energy and innovation. Employees can’t sustain this level of toxic threat. This is so damaging.
Wait...more layoffs happened last week too?!! Did not know (not that anything is shared anyway). This sh– is just exhausting!
