Anyone else at their club have a manager who gets away with being with hourlys? My fresh manager (woman) has been with multiple associates and brags about it...obviously they get special treatment and do whatever they want.

Let me guess you work in tampa? Litterally described my Fresh manager.
We had an hourly who was another managers BFF. The hourly went into MIT and was an MIT for a whole 2 weeks and is now a mgr! I thought the MIT program was longer than 2 weeks.
In tampa they are all sleeping with each other...especially fresh. There is a manager there that even has parties at her house so they can all smoke and party
We have a lead who dated one gm and married the next one and now is divorced and working on the third
Sam's clubs are known for this. It's quite obvious and been going on for 25 plus years. I'm not saying all managers or team leads do this ...but have you ever known a company that has more divorces than this place? I haven't!
It's so messed up that corporate allows this. Encourages it by knowing and doing nothing. Just sad.
It's an epidemic of fresh managers who chase associates around then.
My club was peaceful until our fresh manager came. Lying about being divorced but still wearing a wedding ring and forcing team leads to spend HOURS in the office with her alone. The GM did nothing because he was doing the exact same thing.
Our store manager protected the fresh manager. They made the associate leave. I dont know if he quit or transferred.

So you work at my club? Same thing is happening here. Fresh manager (woman) has been with associates. She also had a family member that she lives with working here and moving people around so she could put her in whatever position she wanted. Enough people went to corporate and they transferred her relative to another store. The store manager knows what she does and allows it.
