Just fulfilling my L.I.F.T. obligations for next years performance review. I'm really trying to exceed expectations this year so I can hear the same mantra as previous years.

I've been filling out the volunteer hours thing for all of the stuff I do outside of work and no one has said sh-t, had my annual review with a manager I've never met and he told me he wanted to hire a manager to manage me on site. So far that hasn't happened.
Sorry we couldn't promote you this year. And raises are a bit less. But keep doing what you're doing.
