Is still present. Culture from above does not foster innovation, competition, or loyalty. You cant make boneheaded $200B+ in blunders, take zero accountability, and expect to compete with Tmobile, Comcast, Amazon, Netflix, Google and all the other smaller piranhas nipping away at you.

OP is right and whoever is saying workers being paid, investors being paid is also the problem with the company.
Don't know why a person like that comes to this site since they are so happy with the company and they are getting paid. why come to this site unless you are getting paid to come to this site and spew falsehoods about the company.
When you lay off people the worker are not being paid are they? So quit spewing lies and go cash your check.
The core problem is worker being paid, investors being paid.
