I’ve been with the company over 12 years. I have a back up plan. As soon as they offer another severance I walk happily walk away. No, I will not quit. I’d much rather have a package when I walk away I in no way want to be a key holder. It’s all a matter of time.

I am a director and volunteered for the layoff in June with off payroll in July. Talk to your manager or director or vp and ask to get on the list. There are multiple and HR is looking for more heads.
This reminded me of someone who said basically the same thing when they transferred into my department spent 4 years there before they got the VSP. They came in and read their book and then went home. The got into shouting fights with my boss when they questioned their "work". It was a miserable 4 years for them and they complained about it to anyone who would listen (no me more than once).
Eventually they left but honestly 4 years of doing their work and my work really pushed me a bit over the edge into really really not caring a bit. It also took a big toll on their family life from what they talked about in the office so probably not good for anyone.
Reps are not going to be laid off! You might as well start looking for something else if you're done. Only managers are getting laid off and if a store closes, those reps will go to other stores because of how short staffed they are.
You're a retail rep not an SVP just apply for other jobs until you find one you like better.
These posts with reps waiting for some golden parachute are so stupid. Nobody cares about the front line, you are a nameless faceless input into the bureaucracy. Nobody cares you're unhappy.
Cool. Enjoy your misery while you wait for your handout.
got IT....
Way to go take a pic of yourself at your next virtual event and share it with a hashtag with the company yahhh that will show them
