Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

What happened to retired employee portal ?

In left T ( not voluntarily) two years ago and gave been an e-access portal for retired employees. They seem to have changed something because it doesn’t work. When I click on the “ retired employee” option, it takes me to the active employee global login screen where I need to enter my UID , which of course I no longer have since I’m no longer venomous by them

I called the 800 number listed for problems, which takes me to Joyce response asking me to select an option, of which retired employee is not one of them. I say “ agent”, then I hear a message that I need to be signed in first, which is followed by a voice prompt saying, ( shocker)” please speak you userID if you don’t know it, say I don’t know it”. I said, “ I don’t know it”. It responded. “ please call your supervisor. “ help

Had to find it myself. They still require password changes periodically.

When you see the obit thing, go to it and bookmark that link. You can get to the obits direct after that.

I'm always interested in the obituaries, to see if anyone I used to work with has died. Will this site provide that information?
