And now, he has decided that shifting the cost of my employment onto ME is the best way to keep engaged employees. My manager is not allowing me to choose the non-BYOD option. Brand has a way of turning bulls—t into butter. F you Frank. F you Fiserv. New job hunt is underway. All the good legacy Fiserv people are gone and I should’ve followed suit immediately. I gave Frank the benefit of the doubt and boy was I WRONG! No wonder Fiserv has to advertise their commitment to people so heavily in the market. It’s all window dressing! When will the market and our clients realize?!? Fiserv was once the best company I worked for and it has turned into a living he-l.
Frank is not a CEO. He is a cost manager that will stop at nothing to pad his own pockets.
