Fiserv has some decent managers, but also a lot of questionable ones. There is a manager (a director of course) who pushes corny leadership books full of self-help sayings and his religious beliefs onto others, in a very pompous "I'm right" sort of way. He barges into meetings late and then acts like he is running them. He favors any employee who tries to be just like him even if aforementioned employees are totally incompetent.
I believe this is one of the reasons talent is packing up and leaving.
