Stank and the BoD hired Kilar, they think he’s the savior! Little do they know he’s a complete con. He’s a tech-bro, start-up, wanna be with a degree from Haaaarvvvaaarrdd and a bunch of business school talk. He’s Mr. “lean into”, and “as it turns out”. Kikars Twitter feed looks like a JR high, star struck child on a field trip...so embarrassing!
They are voting no after realizing Stankey needs salary adjustments to catch up to Kilar
No impact....BOD will still approve all comp.

Stank is the problem along with rand. Nothing will change until these ceos stop thinking and we stop letting them be more powerful than the government of sovereign nations.
The transnational corporations could care less about the United States of America and the constitution and could care less if fall to communism.
Nothing will change regarding c-suite compensation at AT&T!! The BOD are too weak to reign in senior management.
In reality, how woke is it that stankey and Stephenson still make in excess of $20 millions, even after voluntary pay cuts.kilor was hired by stankey to do dirty work, thats why the $50 million.the stink comes from stank
Jason Kilar should be fired for his mishandling of the most respected, beloved media company in history! Kilar crushed in months what took over a 100 years to build. Kilar and the BOD doesn't care about the thousands of lives they've ruined with their mo--nic decisions, during Cvd no less. Who knew layoffs were Att's business mode. ..Shameful!
I'm proud to say I voted "NO" with my meager shareholdings.
Jason Kilar CEO Warner Media, hates Jeff Zucker the CEO of CNN! Kilar outed Zucker, that’s why he’s leaving at the end of the year. Kilar is calling the shots at CNN now, so CNN will NOT be reporting this as Jason Kilar aka ‘FanBoy’, is the $52 million man being voted on!
Next vote out the entire board.
These unearned bonuses are like a runaway freight train, nothing can be done to stop them. BOD will continue to rubber stamp them unfortunately. Need more Elliot interventions, that is the only thing that seems to work.
Yes, as someone noted, it's an advisory motion only. Nevertheless, if top execs ignore the "advice" of the owners, they and the BOD may discover in the near future that when the owners are angry, their own positions and perquisites are precarious.
It's a statement by enough shareholders to get attention that they are not happy with how executives are compensated for such poor performance. We will see if this weak BOD does anything based on the vote
It's nonbinding which means they'll approve it anyway. Stinky only considers lower level people debt and they only "claim" to be transparent when it doesn't affect them.
is cnn reporting this?
