Masks not required on RTO while sitting at your desk. We are not planning on modifying the the office layout. WTF.

And I guess the outcry was strong enough haha... they backtracked this morning, May 19. It’s going to be more flexible than 3 days a week and up to your manager... we all know that effectively means a lot of us WFH! Some good news is nice amongst all this.
Nobody wore masks during flu season but nothing was stopping you then. That is true is true for the Chinese Wuhan Covid-19 virus that you can wear a mask if you feel more secure. The masks do nothing to stop anything as small as a virus. A virus would go right through an N-95 mask properly fitted.. which nobody does. They can stop bacteria, but not a virus. The cute mask grandma made with extra material is just as effective. The CDC, nor anything one else, has published a peer-reviewed medical study that proves masks stop the covid virus. The reason they have not published one is because it does not stop any virus.
Do you know what does ki--s COVID? Just about everything... 30 seconds of UV sunlight, standing outside. 30 seconds of using mouthwash ki--s 100 of COVID. 30 seconds of swimming in a chlorine pool ki--s COVID. All the stuff that the CDC told you not to do, is the stuff would have saved lives. It's all joke to control people with fear. With a little Zinc and Vitamin-D your own body does a great job fighting it off. And without an mRNA vaccine, there are plenty of existing medicines that stop covid cold.
Even if you get COVID you have a 99.7% chance of recovery unless you have very old, over weight, or have a respiratory problems. Oh guess what - same as the FLU... The CDC purposly inceased the testing cycles so high that the results are drastically more apt to be positive. To test it, a sheep and a kiwi were tested before medical witnesses and guess what? Both tested postive for covid. A kiwi? Elon Musk had covid - the SAME nurse tested him 6 times using the SAME test and 3 results came back negative, and 3 came back positive all in a matter of minutes. If you cannot see that it is all a psychological game then are you are just one of the sheeple that does what they are told and never questions anything.. they need people you to keep them in office.

I was repulsed by the attitudes on the town hall when most of the questions were related to rto. People's health and well being are at stake and we get groans and eyerolls? Is this a company I want to work for? (No, no it is not.) It is painfully clear how little they care for or consider the actual human beings who make up their client service support machine.
Vaccines aren't required, either. And they have no intention to reconfigure the layout of the cubes/put in higher partitions, etc. I am not going back to that petri dish.
If mask makes you feel safe wear it.
