Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Seriously

Anyone who is original Fiserv AND still there, really needs to be checked for brain damage.

Completely the opposite, all the former Fiserv people that have left are all the C and D talent so good riddance. All the A and B OFSV still here and thriving. I could name twenty really good leaders all still here and I could name the 20 who left and what they all have in common is lack of talent.

Frankly the market is starting to question long term fiserv employees. The top talent has left so what’s there now is widely considered to be C players

I've said the same about folks at Sungard AS and other places as well.
What I've found out from talking to a couple folks in situations like this is that often times people who seem to be sticking it out to the end are either too lazy to look, or they have reasons to know they'll be one of the last ones standing, and they have a better situation than they'd ever get anywhere else.
