Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Why phoneix employees asked to reapply jobs, most literally changed roles/LOB

Looks like the whole of Phoenix employees were told to reapply their positions and almost everyone now changed roles and LOB in order to keep their jobs. What's leadership and HR intent ?

Right. At least at DV this is not true.

OP, your post is BS. I work out of Phoenix Deer Valley, and there is no truth to your post. Back it up with facts, man!

Honeywell trickery. Ethic is not in their genes.

Typically done to reduce pay and eliminate MIP. If you don't accept the job offer, you reject any severance package.

What location and business unit? Phoenix has a ton of locations for Honeywell? Aero? Corp? Mechanical space electronic systems?

The id--ts in charge are constant schemers, whatever they do, it isn’t to the employees benefit, maybe “standardize role” to lower everyone’s pay ranges, lock people in place so they can’t move to a different role while the master Cap’n Crunch plan is rolled out

Havent heard. Usually this occurs immediately prior to moving a business offshore or to a CM.
They did this for managers a few years back when everyone became a "Senior Manager"
