Prepare to return…

Coming to a location close to you… various meetings prepping managers to drag WFH folks back to office , masks required but not vaccines.

You mean you will have to take your lazy a-s to work....and actually work. Many didn't have the luxury of staying home. They had to work and bring money into the company. Sheep complaining about covid...suck it up buttercup

They're not really vaccines. A vaccine keeps you from getting sick. Moderna's and Pfizer's genetic experiment serums only help to keep you out of the hospital when you get COVID. The only way to have true immunity is to acquire it the old fashioned way. My body, my choice. Not yours. If you're worried about COVID, stay home.

Yes, they're having manager meetings about getting your a-s back in your chair. It's all about control, folks. Has nothing to do with health or safety.

This is why you don't "volunteer" medical information to your employer.

Solution: Vaccinated return to work, unvaccinated continue to work at home. Problem solved.

… “”The vaccine is now available for all adults in the US. If you got it, you don't have any concerns. “

Not true, variants are circulating in most states, currently the 2 standard shots are less effective at protecting you from the South Africa variants

If vaccinated people do start to get infected again we will start to hear about it (even if those in power don't want it known). If that was to start then I can see backing off. I am not going to sit in a bubble waiting for it to totally disappear off the planet. There are too many people enjoying power and ratings trying to keep people more in fear than need be.

Freaking cowardly id--ts. thousands of employees have been actually going to work every day, and have not even needed a covid test. On top of that, If vaccines work, and you actually got yours, why would you care if anyone else hasn't? Unless you don't believe that the vaccine works... then why did you get one in the first place?

"If you got it, you don't have any concerns."

While "fully vaccinated", I still have concerns.
The vaccines have not yet received FDA approval and there is no long-term safety and efficacy data related to reinfection rates after taking the vaccine. This data should be established, and publicly available before being required to be tightly packed into a work environment that may or may not have adequate ventilation. Until such time that this data is available and infection rates are negligible, WFH should remain an unrestricted option, regardless of vaccination status, or at least until December when I retire :-)

The vaccine is now available for all adults in the US. If you got it, you don't have any concerns.
If you don't want the vaccine and don't feel at risk, what does it matter.
I would like to stay working at least part time at home, but there aren't any excuses anymore.

“ Likely be a soft start with rotating groups coming in initially.”

That’s d-mb it’s they are mixing vaccinated and none vaccinated in the same office space.

Vaccines SHOULD be required, otherwise everything else is a waste of time., more theater than anything

COVID-19 is not going to make me any sicker than the mold infested room I work in every day in Clearwater plant 4.
Once the rains start in the summer I have to use steroids everyday. Even my allergist has said I should find another place to work.

DA mentioned in the last Town Hall that the goal into be back in the office in the August time frame, dependent on dropping covid numbers. My manager confirmed the same in our team meeting. Likely be a soft start with rotating groups coming in initially.

Someone asked a great question “so you are sending unvaccinated people back into a building?”. On one of the manager prep calls.

Incorrect.
Vaccines will be required at any location where they want me to show up.

Go back where? Many HON locations were consolidated and employees were asked to relocate during 20-21
