Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Former FISERV TROLLS

Funny how so many of these posts are from loser former FIserv trolls who come to this site. If your new gig is so great why do you come here to try to justify your poor decisions? Must be that your new gig is tarnishing quickly.

Cry harder, HR dweebs.

We all know that the FISV price lost its mojo, and is at its lowest point for the past 30 days (and is still dropping.)

@1uve+1aEIrbHs You sound like a brainwashed puppet! Seriously... wake up. Frank is out for Frank and lining his own pockets. No covid layoffs?? I guess that should be impressive for a company known for layoffs! Do some research. The year First Data closed a bunch of offices he was the second highest paid CEO. Stop singing his praises. Its getting old and it is pathetic! And btw - I came from FD. Corporate greed at its finest!

Actually it was 9% employer contribution - us old timers will remember it made many of us 401k millionaires. 3% matching and 6% profit sharing. Yabuki got rid of the 6% profit sharing. Frank ki---d the 3%, Net Zero.

FiSwindle chooses to focus on NASCAR, Clover and "Back2Business" advertising above all else, even if it means skimming from the 401K.

"Merit increases back effective July 1,"

Are they going to be backdated to April, which is when they should have been?

"and 401K will be raised to 3% by end of year."

Didnt it used to be 6%?? And is it being back-dated? Or are we being screwed on that as well?

Funny how all the OFSV trolls are so jealous of the new Fiserv that is being created in front of their eyes. None of their incessant complaints or whining have any basis in reality. Merit increases back effective July 1, not one COVID layoff or furlough and 401K will be raised to 3% by end of year. Complaining about byod is hilarious. I don’t want to carry two phones and neither do most rationale people, but if that is all you to complain about it shows how much you have lost touch with reality. Fiserv will rank in the top 200 in size and in the top 50 in most financial metrics including free cash flow, has won nearly every award for associate care and treatment. Lol

Incorrect as usual, typical D grade Fiserv talent or First Dunno employee. You guys have fun getting your stock, 401k ra--d as well as paying for your work cell phones.

I can say it is the best thing I've ever done is leave Fiserv. I was a loyal 10 year employee, and I decided to leave the company after carful consideration.

To my amaze, as a loyal employee. It is pretty sh---y that I didn't get a single call from the new First Data VP, Manager or HR saying "Thank you for you loyal contributions and time to the company." In those 10 years, I put in several hundred 15 hour days to help meet deadlines, allowed Fiserv to interfere with my family time (Kids games) and annual reviews showed I've always been a top performer.

I would encourage all my friends still there. This company doesn't really care about your or how loyal you are to the company. The SVP Marc West said it best, "It's nothing personal, it is just business." Remember, you are just a tool they use to help keep their business running, and they will take advantage of you.

Probably because Fiserv emps are loyal to their friends, and advise them to leave First Data as fast as they can. They also hate to see a great company be destroyed as is happening. Give up calling it Fiserv and use First Data II for a change. Oh and why do First Data shills post on a layoff board? Not a positive place to advertise your firm. Wall street will soon realize the ponzi scheme First Data II has become too.
