Prepare to not be able to breathe at work because of a fictitious virus which was all along a hoax and the flu.

Only the companies with proper work planning and scheduling can have staff working offsite. The dinsosaurs need the grunts in the cubes where they can be watched.

Quite Frankly, They (Management) want it to return to pre-covid19 routines with the hope that people will leave of their own accord. It makes the whole downsizing operation work more smoothly, plus they save severance money. It's a win win for the transformation to "Software Industrial" future from the Legacy Leadership rank, not understanding that the "Work from Home crowd" is who they want to retain to make that successful.

Managers had a meeting on Friday about return to office. It’s a 3 phased plan. The first phase is a soft start for leadership only. They will come back full time. 2nd phase is the rest of the office workers who will be split into two groups and rotate weeks on site to keep the capacity lower. 3rd phase is everyone back full time. The timing of each phase is dependent on the Covid metrics in the area surrounding each site so it will vary site by site. Bottom line is Honeywell’s plan is to bring everyone back to the office and no plans for any remote/hybrid work structure going forward. Sounded like this will start rolling out within the next month or two.
