FISV is swirling the bowl. We saw that after watching them sweat and mumble their way through the earnings call. Investors were not impressed, and no amount of shill-action will change that.

There is a way to do BYOD properly and in a secure manner, but most employees won't allow a company to have that much control over their personal devices.

All top tech firms including Amazon, apple, Microsoft have BYOD.

BYOD is indeed a security event waiting to happen. See Experian for fallout. Cyber is a complex as he-l subject and support has been decimated. Just wait .... actors from overseas are waiting.

Wall street will soon realize the scams and games that Fiserv plays when cooking its books, and the value will plummet. A little bit more Krebs coverage may also impact the price a bit. I'm sure it won't be long until PC causes a huge scandal, seeing as he likes to abuse his power.

The analysts are mixed on the stock still. Some call it a buy, neutral and several say it is garbage. The internal turmoil has to settle down, and they need to get their house in order. Look what they did. They are doing a reorg and booting Mike Manos from the CTO slot because what they were doing wasn't working.

The company continues to make decisions that line the top leadership's pockets and screws over the employees. This is just a recipe for disaster. The company is also adopting a BYOD policy, which could be a data breach waiting to happen.

Nice! I agree as great kkr overhand diminishes more investors willing to buy.
