I swear, I thought it couldn't get worse than at my last workplace but I was very much wrong. At least at my last workplace, it was just my department culture that was awful, but the company was relatively okay. Here, the whole place is a mess. Things that are encouraged and seen as normal not just by management but by employees as well boggle my mind. I'm forced to act in a way I never thought I would ever act just to not become a part of the meal in this cutthroat environment. This place changes people and it's not for the better.

F "culture" just hire competent people (which will never happen). Imagine how much we'd actually get done if we werent getting deepthroated with
- How to treat eachother
- How to treat non white males
- How to treat non straight people
- Why we should include a butcher in the kitchen if we're just baking bread (d&i)

It’s not whining. If it’s the truth. I and many others of high caliber have quit. Do better. Aim higher and don’t settle for mediocrity or just working for a paycheck. And those who are actually happy in this environment..wake up to the real woke culture. Baby pa----s are the ones left behind.,can’t handle truth and the no sugar coating, putting in the hard work, being accountable, and getting meaningful work done. Everyone just runs around in circles chasing their tails every single day. How is that rewarding?

I agree with the poster and the poster should have the right to voice their feelings. CVX is the king of the Woke culture in a very negative way. CVX is right there in the middle of cancelling every white male to meet a metric. Just look what HSE did. They dumped some of the best mentors in the function just because they were white males. People get upset and say it is not true but do the math. 97% of the people let go in HSE were white males.
You know there are people here who loss their jobs and are grieving the lost of their Livelihood. It’s inconsiderate to come here and whine about the culture. I mean if it’s that bad, you have options...quit!!!
