Why the Jay hate? Why blame all the problems on jay and the emt?

The layoff last year was the EMT crossing the Rubicon. Most of the Crown lifers in the EMT are gone. It’s not the same company it used to be. In fact, it’s starting to look like just every other corporation. It used to have a great esprit de corps.
Why all the Jay hate? Jay took a rock solid company and made it average. Crown is still a good place to work but it used to be great. After being called out by Elliot, Jay and the EMT through hundreds of employees under the bus, what makes you think they wouldn't do it again?
Is this Jay or someone from the EMT? Where do you want to start? Culture-CC was a company that everyone loved to work at, that all changed when Elliot Mgt told the world how awful the Fiber Group was being managed, hundreds of employees, many long time dedicated CC employees and contractors were show the door, yet very little Mgt was downsized and now everyone is being micromanaged, it's who you know at CC, not how productive you are. Jay is running a company that is overpopulated with do nothing managers and bad mgt hires-Troy knuckles, the former head of fiber sales was given a cushy job after hiring and promoting his buddies and running the fiber group into the ground, VP of Digital Transportation-Fired after burning up millions of CC'S money, or how about our head of Network, who has no idea what he's doing or the MIA Human Resources Group. Brown gave away a million dollars of CC'S money to Charity for optics. Have you watched the mega exodus of talented employees to Lightpath? At this rate, we wont have any former Lightower employees left at CC and watch our largest clients follow them out of CC'S front door. I could go on an on, please get your head out of the sand, not one of my co-workers is happy with Jay Brown or the EMT, they have to go!
